Academics.Solutions Overview
Academics.Solutions is an education platform that assists students in discovering international education opportunities and attending online educational webinars.
The Zoom integration is used only for webinar and meeting management. It is not a video conferencing platform itself and does not permanently store Zoom user information.
The application follows the principle of least privilege and requests only the scopes necessary for the selected functionality.

Integration Purpose
The Zoom OAuth integration enables administrators to:

Connect their Zoom account

Schedule webinars

Retrieve attendance information when required
End users never directly interact with Zoom OAuth.
Authentication Flow

Administrator signs into Academics.Solutions.

Administrator selects Connect Zoom.
-
Zoom OAuth authorization page is displayed.

Administrator grants permission.
-
Access and refresh tokens are securely stored.
-
Tokens are used only for Zoom API requests initiated by the administrator.
Why These OAuth Scopes Were Selected
The requested scopes were chosen according to Zoom’s official documentation for WordPress content management integrations and webinar management.
The application only requests permissions required to perform:
